The brunch begins with a glass of our strawberry/OJ blended punch, a basket of our bakery's cinnamon-raisin whole wheat muffins and a fruit cup. Then choose from:
  • BBQ Medley
    Honey-hickory ribs, wings, roasted potatoes, and scrambled eggs.
  • Stuffed Jambalaya
    Shrimp, andouille, and roasted chicken stuffed in a large, crunchy chicken breast.
  • Smoked Salmon & Eggs
    Pieces of smoked salmon scrambled with eggs, mild peppers, and dill.
  • Jumbo French Toast
    Thick fresh challah slices cooked 'til crisp... served with grilled Canadian bacon & scrambled eggs.

    Large spinach salad tossed with roasted Creole vegetables.

    Fresh salmon basted with ginger-tamarind... with scrambled eggs & roasted potatoes.

    Huge wedge of broccoli & tomato quiche with side of roasted potatoes.

    Six ounces of fresh catfish in crisp cornmeal crust with eggs & roasted potatoes.

    Penne pasta, olive oil, basil, broccoli, tomatoes, topped with fresh grated Parmesan.

    Marinated in our honey-hickory sauce, with warm tortillas, eggs & roasted potatoes.
